Step-by-Step Store Setup
Follow these steps in order and you'll be live and selling in no time.
Apply for Your Store
Go to the website and click "Apply" in the header. Fill out the store creation form — your store name, category, a short tagline, and a description of what you create.
Your store will go into a Hold status until it is reviewed and approved. No PIN is needed at this stage — just your email.
Get Your PIN & Log In
Once approved, you will receive an email to your registered address. That email contains your Store PIN — a 6-digit number you'll use every time you log in.
Come back to the site, click Creator Login, enter your email and your PIN, and you're in. You can change your PIN any time from the Security tab in your dashboard.

Write like a human
Your tagline and bio are the first things a visitor reads. Skip the jargon. Say what you make, who it's for, and why it matters — in plain, warm language.
Respond quickly
When someone messages you, reply within 24 hours if you can. Speed signals professionalism and builds trust before the commission even begins.
Keep your gallery sample fresh
Swap it out when you create something new and better. The catalogue is how new visitors discover you — make sure it's showing your best current work.
Be honest about timelines
Tell customers upfront how long a piece takes. Surprises erode trust. A realistic timeline, kept, is worth more than a fast promise broken. Review our Community Standards for safety guidelines.
